Alene Wells-Ridener

MASON - Alene Francis Wells-Ridener, born June 16, 1929, passed away May 7, 2018. Loving wife of the late Hershel Wells, dear mother of Larry (Alayne) Wells, Robin (Phil) Schutte, Joann (Roy) Cornelius, Vickie (Bill) Gregory , Randy (Lesa) Wells, and Tammy (Mike) Sanders, grandmother of 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family of Alene will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 6 - 8 PM with a funeral service to take place on Friday, May 11, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM. Another service will take place at Vankirk-Grissell Funeral Home in Corbin, KY on Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 1-2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
