Alice Pearl Buffenbarger

On Sunday, September 24, 2023, Alice Pearl Buffenbarger, also known as “Granny Buffy”, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior.  Born June 12, 1927 to the late Curtis and Anna DeHaven, Alice remained a longtime Cedarville resident.  Loving wife of the late Leon Buffenbarger, cherished mother of Leon "Butch" (Barbara) Buffenbarger and Denise (Stephen) Gidley, mother-in-law of Cherry Buffenbarger, adored Granny Buffy of grandchildren Jeremy, Annie, Ben, Andrew, Lisa, Kevin, Ryann, and great-grandchildren Jack, William, Laci, Mia, Aiden, Graham, Rowen, Reed, Morgan, Bradley, and Ryan.  The family of Alice will be receiving friends for a visitation at Grace Baptist Church (109 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314) on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM.  A graveside ceremony will take place following all church services at North Cemetery in Cedarville.
