Alvin Bishop

Alvin Bishop, born March 16, 1951, in Clay County, Kentucky to Justice and Mae Bishop, passed away November 18, 2021.  Cherished father of Brian "Keith" Bishop, Kelly Denise (Brian Woodruff) Bishop, and the late Kevin Allen Bishop,  loving grandfather of Kaleb (Ashley), Conner, Karis, Justice, Jessie, dear great-grandfather of Kora Denise Bishop, and beloved brother of E Howard Bishop, Ellis Bishop, Billy Bishop, Leon Bishop, Edna Dean, Orvalene Martin, and the late Joby Bishop, Johnny Bishop, O.T. Bishop, MaryFern Wilder, and Reva Butler.  Alvin is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.  Al was dedicated to his work at Main Stream Homes.  He also loved to hunt, enjoyed gambling, and was a loyal Bengals and Red's fan.  The family of Al will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - 400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040 on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM with a service to follow beginning 1:00 PM.
