Barbara Sue Beckelhimer

Barbara Sue Beckelhimer, born February 5, 1946 to Albert and Nora Mae Rains, passed away surrounded by loved ones on August 11, 2022.  Loving wife of 58 years, of Jerry M. Beckelhimer, cherished mother of Jerry W. (Barbara A.) Beckelhimer, cherished grandmother of Victoria Beckelhimer,  Jerry Wayne Beckelhimer, Jr., and dear sister of the late Nadine Faulkner, the late John Rains, and late Harold Rains, the late Fleda Hacker, the late and the late Mossie Neal, and cherished family member and friends of many others. Barbara was the Secretary for the building and engineering department of the City of Mason.  She Loved gardening, singing choir gospel, and being with those she loved.  The family of Barbara will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - 400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, with a funeral service to follow beginning at 12 Noon.  Burial will immediately follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason.  A luncheon will be held at City Building following the graveside service.
