CARTER, Betty Lou. Beloved wife of the late Bobby Carter. Devoted mother of Rob (Debbie) Carter and Todd (Cindy) Carter. Loving grandmother of Tyler, Allysa, Kelsey, and Lindsey Carter. Dear sister of Gene, Judy; and the late Clyde, LeRoy, and Faye.

Betty Lou passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

Family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church of Mason, 735 Reading Road in Mason, OH 45040 on Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 11am until the time of service at 1pm. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery immediately following the service.
