CARTER, Bobby G.- Beloved husband of Betty L. Carter (nee Privett). Devoted father of Rob (Debbie) Carter and Todd (Cindy) Carter. Loving grandfather of Tyler, Kelsey, Lindsey and Alyssa Carter. Dearest brother of Jimmy Carter, Brenda (Reuben) Babb and Peggy (Gary) Oglesby. Bobby passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014 at age 74. He was a business owner in Mason with his brother in law, Gary Oglesby in Bob and Gary's Barber Shop. He was a Deerfield Township Trustee for over 20 years as well as a farmer in Warren and Butler Counties. Bobby and Betty lived in Bethany, Ohio then Columbia Rd. in Warren County then in Kings Mills, Ohio and finally Oregonia, Ohio. He was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky to Arlie Carter and Mabelle (Sanders) Carter. Bobby was a selfmade man who was loved by everyone in the Mason, Ohio area. His family will receive friends at First Baptist Church of Mason, 735 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040 on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 9:00 am until time of Mason Masonic Lodge #678 F. & A. M. service and First Baptist Church service at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers please make donations to First Baptist Church in Mason.
