Bonnie English

October 23, 1937 — March 5, 2025

Mason

Bonnie English, a cherished resident of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2025. Her departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her.

Bonnie was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Jack English, and a nurturing mother to Lisa and Larry Long  of Mason, Ohio  and Todd  and Regina English of Lakewood Colorado. She found immense joy in her role as a grandmother and was deeply proud of her grandchildren: Logan (Brooke) Long, Lucas Long, Landen Long, Calloway English, Shaeffer English, and Great grandchild Taytum Long. Each grandchild brought a special light into her life, and her home was filled with laughter and love thanks to their adventurous spirits and the memories they created together.

Bonnie’s commitment to her family was unwavering; her children were her pride and joy, and she often reflected on how blessed she felt to be their mother. The love she shared with them only grew deeper as she embraced her role as a grandmother. She never missed a basketball game, proudly cheering them on from the sidelines, embodying a love that inspired everyone around her.

Her affection for children extended beyond her family; Bonnie dedicated countless hours to caring for little ones at Christ’s Church preschool in Mason, Ohio. Her nurturing spirit and generous heart were evident, as she touched the lives of so many children, ensuring that they felt loved and supported during their formative years.

Bonnie’s radiant smile had the power to light up any room, effortlessly making friends wherever she went. Her thoughtful nature meant that no child in her presence ever felt forgotten or alone. Throughout her career in customer service, she became a mentor to many, leaving a lasting impact on their lives. Those fortunate enough to know Bonnie will carry her memory in their hearts, as she was a true beacon of warmth and kindness.

The most precious treasure Bonnie held was her family. She cherished the stories, vacations, and adventures they shared, finding solace and happiness in their company. Though she may no longer be with us, Bonnie's spirit will live on through the beautiful memories she created and the love she spread throughout her life. She will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all.
