Loving grandmother of Ashley Woxman, Hayleigh Johns, Steven Sander, Daniel Sander, Benjamin Holley and Timothy Holley. Dearest sister of Donald Phillips and Steven Phillips. Passed away January 12, 2015 at age 69. Carol enjoyed antiquing, jewelry collecting and reading her bible. Her family will receive friends at Grace Chapel 406 4th.
