Dear daughter of the late Charles and Frances Evans, loving wife of Jerry Holmes, cherished mother of Frances (Donald) Malicote, Gerald (Melissa) Holmes Jr., and Treasa Holmes, beloved sister of Charles Evans, Chandra Rennick, Charlete Evans, Carla (Archie) Leddle, Charla (Jeff) Cottongin, and Cherry Evans, and loving grandmother of Amber Younker, Brittany Dobbs, Heidie Holmes, Katie Holmes, Maggie Holmes, Elizabeth Burton, Grace Norris, Hannah Norris, Sabrina Nitzsche, and Stephin Hubbard, and great-grandmother of Savannah Younker, Haven Younker, Ward Younker Jr., T.J Huston, Bentley Huston, Cory Swope, Marshall Swope, Alex Turner, Jefferey Nickles, and Kendle Holmes. The family of Charlene will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home -Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040) on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 beginning at 12 Noon.
