Charles "Charlie" Buchanan

Charles "Charlie" Raymond Buchanan, 63, of Morrow, Ohio, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 16, 2019.  Charlie is survived  by his wife of 35 years LaVonda, daughters Kelly Colwell (Tim), Kristy Buchanan (David Hardigree), and son Russell Buchanan (Joyce Stephens).  Charlie has 5 grandchildren Tyler & Rachael Sizemore, Jadin Buchanan, Patsy and Taylor Hardigree.  He is also survived by brothers Ted, Chris, and Troy Buchanan, sisters Lola Thompson, Lisa Hatfield, Darcus Moody, Misty Nelson, and Melinda Dugan.  He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Buchanan, Sr., and Ruth Howard, and sisters Karen Buchanan and Eileen Baker. Family of Charles will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a funeral service to follow on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM.
