Carter, born November 16, 1923, passed away August 1, 2018.  Beloved husband of the late Sarah Katherine Carter, dear father of Valerie (the late Tom) Wiseman, Todd (Lisa) Carter, Toni Carter, and the late Keith (Patti) Carter, cherished grandfather of Tyler (April) Carter, Jillian (Geoff) Seiter, Quinn Carter, Jennifer Carter, Gabe Wiseman, Katie Carter, and Jake Carter, and loving great-grandfather of Lexi Carter, Anderson Carter, Maci Bryant, Matti Bryant, Kase Carter, Nolan Carter, and Abi Carter.  Services for Clarence are private at the convenience of the family.
