Daniel Kenny

Kenny, Daniel, Born in Nutley, New Jersey, son of Helen Breault (Nee Kenny) and beloved husband of Helen (Nee Fitzpatrick) Kenny, Passed away on Friday August 21, 2015 at age 91. Daniel was the father of Joan Maisco (NJ), Donna Seaman (Fla), Betty Predmore (NJ), the late Peggy Clifford, Thomas Kenny (NJ), Catherine (Kenny) Regan (OH), Grandfather of Jennifer, Michael, The late Autumn, Eric, Tara, Krystal, Jack, Marissa, Matthew and Hannah, Great Grandfather of Cody, Andrew, Kyra, Evan, Logan, Dylan, Felicia, Noah, and Rowan. Daniel served in the U.S Army during WWII fighting in 5 campaigns, including the second wave of The Battle of Normandy, was a Route Man for the N.Y Daily News for 40 years, Served on the New Jersey Senior Advisory Board, and volunteered at Western Row Elementary in Mason, OH. He was a great card player being able to memorize eight decks. He talked to everyone regardless of race, creed, or sexual orientation, and always made everyone smile. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed. Family of Daniel will be receiving guests for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason, Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 11:00AM - 1:00 PM, with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:00 PM.
