Denise Francine Chasse

Denise Francine Chasse passed away on August 6, 2024, leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her. Originally hailing from Montreal, Canada, Denise brought her radiant smile and captivating personality to the United States during her teenage years, lighting up every room she entered.

A devoted wife, Mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Denise life intertwined beautifully with those she loved. It was fate that brought Denise and her beloved husband, Reginald Chasse, together in Bristol, CT at a dance, leading to a marriage in 1966. Their union blessed them with a cherished son, Keith Paul Chasse, four years later.

With a heart overflowing with love and compassion, Denise poured her being into her career as a geriatric nurse, impacting countless lives with her kindness and care. Among her greatest joys were her grandchildren, Nicole and Phillip, whom she adored beyond measure. Whether playing dolls with Nicole or taking leisurely walks with Phillip when they were young or hearing about their day and sharing in their life's accomplishment's as they grew up.  Denise's dedication to her family shone brightly.

Denise's legacy lives on through her devoted husband, Reginald Chasse, her son Keith Chasse (wife- Patricia Shannon), daughter-in-law Johanna  Chasse, grandchildren Nicole Grant (Alex) and Phillip Chasse, brother Gaetan Charbonneau, nephews Brian Turner, Glen Turner, Richard Charbonneau and niece Joanne Charbonneau,  and a host of relatives and friends spanning Ohio, Canada, and the northeastern United States.

With her sweet and tender spirit, Denise touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark of love and kindness. Her absence will be deeply felt, yet her memory will forever remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were privileged to know her.

A Private Mass will be head at St. Susanna Catholic Church, Mason, Ohio 45040 on August 13, 2024 at 11:00am followed by burial at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason, Ohio 45040
