Long Time Mason Resident - Edward Walter Ryan, born July 12, 1938, passed away November 22, 2016. Survived by loving wife of 59 years Donna Ryan (nee Lisi), dear children Richard (Jo Ellen) Ryan, John (Beverly) Ryan, Danny Ryan, and Joseph (Karen) Ryan, 14 cherished grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and beloved siblings Tom Ryan, Bob Ryan, Larry Ryan, Jean “Sis” Ryan, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by dear daughter Dorothy Horworth and brothers Jim Ryan, Jerry Ryan, and Ron Ryan. Edward worked at G.E – Evendale as engineering designer for 43 years. He loved woodworking and was an adult leader of Boy Scouts Troop 43. Ed also loved spending time with his family and taking his children on vacation all over the United States. The family of Edward will be receiving friends for a visitation at St. Susanna Catholic Church (616 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040) on Monday from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM with a Mass to follow beginning at 10:00 AM.
