Elizabeth Shelley Collins Webb, born July 14, 1923, passed away September 4, 2016. Survived by beloved children Karla Webb Holton, Sheila Libecap, cherished grandchildren Liana Webb, Kailee Webb, Shyla Crouch, and Timothy Payne, dear great-grandchildren Ashley Meece, Tyler Meece, and Melony Crouch. Preceded in death by dear son Phillip Webb (Diane Webb), brothers Luther Collins and Warren Collins, and loving parents Vander Luther (Lillian) Collins. Elizabeth loved being a teacher. She was a devoted home-economics teacher at Mason School for over 30 years. Elizabeth was also a member of the Order of Eastern Stars, loved to sew, quilt, and was an excellent cook. The family of Elizabeth will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040) on Sunday, September 11, 2016, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 2:00 PM. A funeral procession will be going to Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia, Kentucky on Monday, September 12, 2016 for a graveside service to begin at 1:00 PM.
