Emma "Sue" Brown

Emma "Sue" Brown, born August 21, 1941, passed away on May 21, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Sherman and Myrtle Ellis.  Sue was the loving wife of William Ed Brown for 64 years.  Sue is survived by three children, Richard Brown, Jane (Ron) Norton, and Robert "Bobby" (Lori) Brown.  She was the dear sister of Debbie Ellis, David (Tina) Ellis, and the late James Ellis.  Sue is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Josh Brown, Chad Brown, Natasha Sue Norton, and Sammy (Jeff) Chrisman, and 8 great-grandchildren Austin Eveleth, Audrina Eveleth, Andrew Norton, Kayla Brown, Jade Brown, Isaiah Brown, Xavier Brown, and Jeffrey Chrisman.  Sue also had 5 nieces and nephews, James Ellis Jr., Jen ( Josh) Kiplin, Savanna (Lucas) Morris, Kyle (Lyndsay) Ellis and Ryan Ellis.  Sue was loved by many other family members and long time friends.  She enjoyed being outside in the sun, traveling, watching Nascar, and spending time with her family and special friends.

The family of Sue will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Friday, May 27, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, where a funeral service will follow beginning at 11:00 AM.  A procession to Rose Hill Cemetery (171 S. Mason - Montgomery Rd., Mason, OH 45040) will take place immediately following the funeral service.
