Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late Lou Rapp, loving mother of Cindy (Dick) Schatzel, Lou (Sue) Rapp , and the late Lois (George) Highfill, cherished grandmother of Billy Highfill, Bobby Highfill, Brian Schatzel, Matt Schatzel, Andy Schatzel, and Jimmy and Tony Rapp, and beloved great-grandmother of Billy, Brittney, Makenzie and Chad Highfill, Emma and Grace Schatzel and Landen, Connor and Paxton Schatzel.
