Frances Vincent

Frances Paige Vincent, 84, died Tuesday evening, May 24, 2022, of complications from breast cancer, surrounded by her family.

The first of two daughters born to the late Brooks and Laurine Paige, July 21, 1937, in Honolulu, Hawaii; beloved wife of the late Col. Joseph F. Vincent, U.S. Army (Ret); cherished mother of 4 children, Joseph F. (Jill) Vincent, Jr., James L. (Susan) Vincent, Mary F. (Robert) Perry, and William S. Vincent; also survived by 1 sister, Ellen (George) Burns; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Frances was passionate about being with her family and sharing her faith with whomever she came into contact.  She loved animals, especially her dogs and horses.  She was an avid reader, loved antiquing, camping, and cruising in the R.V.  She will be greatly missed by many.

A memorial service in honor of Frances will take place at West Point, NY on October 14, 2022.
