Frederick Crispin

CRISPIN, Frederick Eugene , 76 years of age, of Lebanon, Ohio, and long-time resident of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on the 27th of May, 2017. Beloved father of Kevin Crispin-Alfieri (AJ Alfieri-Crispin) of Seattle, Washington, Kurt (Wendy) Crispin of Coure d'Alene, Idaho, and Keith (Melanie) Crispin of Mason, Ohio. Loving Grandfather of Michelle and Grant Crispin, Kaiser Bitar, Kindra Casey and Alycia Huston, also great grandfather of Isaac and Harvey Huston  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn Ann Crispin (neé Whipp), and his parents, William James Crispin and Elizabeth Mae (neé Tonkinson) Crispin, as well as his brother, Robert Crispin. He was a parishioner of St. Susanna, Mason, Ohio and St. Mary’s, Springfield, Ohio.  He most recently lived in the Otterbein Community in Lebanon, Ohio.  He retired from Cooper Industries in Springfield, Ohio.

Visitation will be on Thursday,  June 1st from 6pm to 8pm at Shorten & Ryan Funeral Home, 400 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio. Funeral Mass will follow on Friday, June 2nd at 10am at St. Susanna's Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio, followed by a grave-side service and burial beginning about 12:30pm at Ferncliff Cemetery 501 McCreight Avenue, Springfield, Ohio.

There will be a reception in Springfield following the burial.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society in mem ory of Fred and Connie Crispin.
