Irene Burckard

Burckard, Irene (Nee Cook) – 84 years, Beloved wife of the late Bernard Burckard, Loving Mother of Diane Wolsefer, Bernie Burckard, and Pam (Scott) Martin, Dear sister of Dolores Amiot and Bessie Engel, Cherished Grandma B. of Jennifer, Scott, Kenny, Adam, Genieve, and late Grandson Greg, Great Grandma of Nicholas, Julia, Logan, Michael, Austin, Ashton, and Simeon, passed away March 20, 2015. Irene enjoyed gardening and crotchet. She was also a great bowler, and a Cincinnati Reds enthusiast. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her wonderful family. Irene’s family will be receiving guests for a visitation on Wednesday March 25, 2015 from 2-4 PM, with a funeral service to follow beginning at 4 PM, at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home – Mason.
