Jack Delp

Jack Logan Delp, born July 13, 2004, passed away February 27, 2018 after a courageous battle with brain cancer.  Born in Salinas, Calif. and raised in West Chester, Oh., Jack was a gifted student best known to family and friends for his love of science. Jack was also a member of the Union Elementary Robotics team and took great joy in solving technical puzzles, swimming, and hanging out with friends. Jack will be forever missed as a bright young mind with a delightful sense of humor, wonderful sense of optimism, easygoing temperament, and grateful appreciation for family and friends.  Jack is the beloved son of Douglas (Liza) Delp and Andrea (Brad) Berry, dear brother of Journey Berry and Juliet Berry, step brother of Sydney Collins and Ian Collins, dearest grandson of Barbara and Logan Delp and Ann Fainelli and the late Bob Fainelli.  A visitation for the Delp-Collins family will take place at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-West Chester (8791 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., West Chester, Ohio 45069) on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 2-4 PM with a memorial service to follow beginning at 4:00 PM.  A second visitation for the Fainelli-Berry family will take place Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-West Chester from 2:00 - 4:00 PM with a memorial service to take place at 4:00 PM.
