James Rieth

James Martin Rieth, born September 8, 1944, passed away April 7, 2019.  Survived by cherished children Dana (Rick Hutchins) Monroe and John Martin (Leigh Ann) Rieth, dear grandchildren, Brittany (Justin Killen) Monroe, Virginia Rieth (Tom Vasey), Claudia Rieth (Megan Clancy), John Rieth, Justin Miller, Anna Miller, Lane Miller, great-grandchildren, James Louis Monroe, Tyler Nicole Monroe, siblings, Robert Brautigam, Constance Clark (Brautigam) and Catherine (Russ) Fowle (Brautigam), in-laws, James (Sarah Jane) Cross, Nancy Cross (Redwine), and Daniel Cross, and nieces and nephews, Mary Jo Cross, Amy (Dean) Sellers, James (Missy) Cross, Amanda (Tim) Scott, Jared Cross, Nick (Kristen) Brautigam, April (Brian) Gehle, Shannon (Gene) Dudley, and Brandy (Adam) Fuller.  James in preceded in death by  loving wife, Sue Ann Rieth (Cross) dear mother, Virginia Florence Rieth (Wehr), father John W. Rieth, Pop Robert Charles Brautigam Sr., brother in law, Fred Cross, brother, Larry Hail,  daughter Holly Sue Rieth, granddaughter, Beckie Monroe and grandson, Tyler James Monroe.  The family of James will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow on Friday, April 12, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
