Jarie "Jerry" Wilburn

Long time Hamilton, Ohio resident - Jarie (Jerry) Wilburn born November 9, 1940, in Barbersville, Kentucky, to the late Brenda “Granny” Mastandrea (Jim Mastandrea), passed peacefully December 28, 2022.  Loving wife of Steve Wilburn, beloved stepmother to Heather McWhorter and Paige (Jim) Miller, dear grandmother to Devon, Caitlynn, Case and Trevor, cherished sister of Ota Wyatt, sister-in-law to Joan, Hub (Melba), Sandy (Henry) and Marsha, and is survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She joins, in Heaven, her grandson Devon, her brother Andy and her sister JoAnn.

Jarie was retired from Chaco Credit Union as Director of Human Resources. She enjoyed the beginning years of retirement as a loving Nana to Spencer and Sam. Prior to retirement, she and her devoted husband, Steve, enjoyed traveling domestically, listening to music and going to concerts and movies.

The family of Jarie will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home – 400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040 on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:30 PM.
