John Dornbach

John Dornbach, born December 21, 1938, to the late Nicholas and Suzanne Dornbach, passed away in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 7, 2022.  Loving husband of Angela Dornbach (Brooks), beloved father of John Dornbach, Matthew Dornbach, Timothy (Evelyn) Dornbach, Christopher (Danielle) Dornbach, Stephanie (Thom) Meyer, Bruce (Laura) Dornbach, cherished Papaw of Brittany (Alex) Vela, Amanda (Mike) Knollman, Sarah (Gareth) Duricko, Rebecca (Will) Lynch, Madeline Meyer (Spencer Oberschlake), Jacob Meyer, Joshua Meyer, Bryan Dornbach, Andrea Dornbach, Matthew Dornbach, and Samuel Dornbach, great grandfather of many beloved great-grandchildren, and loving brother of Kathy (Richard) Wagner.

John graduated from Elder High School and worked as a wholesale florist in Delhi for over 40 years where he cared for various types of roses, red roses being his favorite. He loved spending time restoring old cars, cooking German recipes handed down by his mother, and cutting grass on his 10-acre property. The family of John will be receiving friends and family for a visitation at St. Susanna Church (616 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM, with a Memorial Mass to follow beginning at 2:30 PM. There will be a meal following the Memorial Mass for the attending family and friends.
