Kassandra “Kaci” Myers, a beloved resident of Loveland, Ohio, passed away on January 27, 2025.
Kaci was a devoted mother to her cherished, Bodhi Lathrop, who truly was the light of her life. The love Kaci had for Bodhi radiated brightly; her face would light up with joy each time he entered the room. To her, he was not just her greatest blessing, but also her deepest joy.
As the loving daughter of Stephen and Josephine (Lachey) Myers, and a treasured granddaughter to Billy Joe and Loraine Myers, Kaci held an important place in the hearts of her family. She is survived by her siblings, Stephen (Shannon) and Erich (Amber), along with her uncles Donald Lachey (Lynn Johnston) and Bruce Lachey, and her aunt and uncle Bettye Joe and Ike Kersey. Kaci also held a special bond with her nephew, Everett Myers, and her family extends to many whose lives she touched.
She greatly missed the grandparents who passed before her - Edward and Barbara Lachey, and Nancy Myers.
Kaci embraced life with a spirit of adventure, often delving into new culinary experiences at her favorite and new restaurants. Her childhood memories, especially those formed through Girl Scouts, shaped her into the incredible person she was known to be. Her friendships -old and new -meant the world to her, and there was never any doubt about the depth of her loyalty and affection. Kaci was a graduate of Mason HS, the University of Cincinnati, and a passionate sports fan, proudly cheering for her favorite team, the Miami Dolphins.
Her adventurous soul extended beyond just food and sports; Kaci had a passion for travel and an innate creativity that colored every aspect of her life. An animal lover at heart, she shared her home with her dog Lando and her cat James, both of whom felt the warmth of her nurturing spirit.
Kaci will be remembered for her caring and generous nature. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to family and friends, embodying kindness and sweet spirit. The legacy she leaves behind is one of love and compassion, especially for her beloved son, Bodhi. The impact she made in the lives of those around her is immeasurable, and her absence will be felt deeply by everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
Kassandra “Kaci” Myers will be profoundly missed, but her light and love will forever shine in the hearts of those she left behind.
