Kenneth Earl Caster
Dec. 5, 1938 – June 3, 2021
Kenneth Earl Caster – Born December 5, 1938 in Glendale, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021. Ken was devoted to his loving wife of 53 years, Edda Elizabeth Caster (nee Hannawald). He is survived by his children Lisa (Caster) Zucco and Patrick Caster, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren and his brother, Jerry. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Caster and Neva (Sheldon) Caster.
Ken was a lifelong member of West Chester Presbyterian Church. He was very active in the church and counted its members as family. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and an Army Veteran. He had a heart for service which he did quietly and humbly, giving of his time, his skills (seems like there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do!), and his money, never expecting anything in return. He modeled respect for all humans and unconditional love to his children. He was a quiet man with an incredible (and colorful) sense of humor, a smile for everyone and a wisdom that was sought by all who knew him. He was the model of a “good and faithful servant” and will truly be missed.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at West Chester Presbyterian Church, 8930 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., West Chester, OH 45069 at 11:00 AM.
