Kevin Patrick Beyersdofer, beloved son of Bill and Melanie (Bredestege) Beyersdofer, loving brother of Will Beyersdofer, dear grandson of Frederick J. Bredestege and the late Dorothy Bredestege, and the late Robert and Kathryn Beyersdofer, cherished nephew of Debbie Bredestege, Nancy (Bredestege) and Jed Shilling, cousins Jed Jr., Luke and Gabrielle Shilling. Unexpectedly passed away in a boating accident on Norris Lake, Friday August 9th, only 24 years young.
He was a loyal family member and friend of too many to recognize. He was a graduate of Nativity School, Purcell Marian High School and the University of Cincinnati. He loved and excelled in baseball at Nativity, but also played soccer and basketball there as well. At Purcell Marian, he played varsity baseball and soccer and also cherished his bowling career. After college graduation he continued to play sports of all sorts but especially loved his softball team. He was passionate about travel and always planning his next adventure with his friends. A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, August 17 at St. Saviour Church in Deer Park at 10:00. In lieu of a visitation, there will be a Gathering of Remembrance and Healing in the main gym at Purcell Marian High School on Hackberry Street in Walnut Hills starting at 11:30.
In honor of Kevin, the family is requesting that all donations be made to either the Reds Community Fund or Purcell Marian High School, instead of flowers.
