Lynn R. Young

Lynn R. Young, born March 22, 1942, to the late Harold and Fern Young, passed away on January 17, 2024.   Loving husband of Rachel (Rausch) Young, dear father of Bethany Young, Cynthia (Gregory) Spiaser, and Rebecca (Randy) Hamilton, cherished grandfather of 9 grandchildren, and brother of Larry (Karen) Young, the late Roy (Nancy) Young, and the late Ruth Ann (Louis) Rossman.  Lynn was a longtime employee of AT&T.  After retirement, Lynn started his own small electrical business. Growing up on a farm, he loved being outdoors, tending to his garden, and taking care of his horses and various pets.  Lynn was a dedicated and proud member of Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church, and a loyal fan and follower of Mason High School Girls Basketball and various sports.   He will be greatly missed by many.   

The family of Lynn will be receiving friends and family for a visitation at Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church – 8470 Landen Drive, Maineville, OH, 45039 on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:00 PM.  A procession to Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason will take place immediately following the funeral service.
