SMITH, Michael David- Loving son of Patricia Patterson. Dearest grandson of Kelsey and the late Rosie Hazelbacker. Beloved brother of Brandon Smith, Billy Patterson and Natasha (Daniel) Warrick. Loving uncle of Kyle Warrick. Passed away suddenly Friday, September 6, 2013 at age 33. Michael loved his family very much. He was an avid fisherman and motorcycle rider. He will be missed very, very much.
