POWELL, Nancy B. Beloved wife of Roger B. Powell for more than 50 years, Nancy was born in Bellingham, WA on May 7, 1937, and graduated from San Ramon High School, San Ramon, CA in 1955. Nancy and Roger made their home for extended periods of time in Covina, CA, Seabrook, TX and Loveland and Mason, OH. Over the years Nancy worked as a dental assistant, volunteered in her son's schools and served up delicious treats at The Candy Connection in Covina, CA and Supreme Nut and Candy in Montgomery, OH. In all her activities, whether as wife, mother or friend, Nancy brought creativity, good cheer and kindness to everything she did.
Nancy will be lovingly remembered by Roger, her sister Sally Driesbaugh of Escalon, CA, her sons Chris Powell-Flatt of Melrose, MA and Matt Powell of Maineville, OH, their spouses Tim and Amy, and her grand-children Hannah, Reese and Abigail Powell-Flatt and Andrew and Cameron Powell, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. No services will be held. Friends and family are invited to remember Nancy by making a donation to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, at myasthenia.org.
