Oliver was a loving son to Rosalie Marie and a devoted father to Ciara, Oliver Jr., and Nathan White. His warmth extended to being a doting grandfather to Ellyanna and Juliana White, a caring brother to Russ (Margaret) Smith, and a treasured family member to countless cousins with a special bond he had with his both of his cousins Betsy and Scott. A loving uncle to his nieces; Chynna Babe, Lovenia, Charlotte, and Shashay, and his nephew Russ Jr. The love he shared with his family was profound and unwavering, a dazzling bond that illuminated every family gathering.
Preceded in death by his father, Alfred Smith, Oliver’s legacy is enriched by the values he embraced during his involvement with DeMolay. He exemplified the Masonic DeMolay seven cardinal virtues: Filial Love, Reverence, Courtesy, Comradeship, Fidelity, Cleanliness, and Patriotism. These pillars shaped his character and guided his interactions—showing kindness and respect to all, standing steadfast in his beliefs, and defending the values he held dear.
An avid reader, Oliver found joy in novels, embarking on countless adventures through the pages of books. With a vibrant sense of humor, he delighted in bringing laughter to others, often teasing friends and family until they were doubled over with joy.
Oliver’s exceptional nature was evident in the love he cultivated within his family. The impact he made on their lives is a remarkable legacy that will endure. His dedication, warmth, and steadfast love for each and every family member will forever be cherished. As they navigate through this profound loss, the memories of Oliver's incredible personality and the love he shared will be their guiding light.
