Pamela Eickenhorst

June 1, 1961 — June 18, 2024

Pamela Sue Eickenhorst, lovingly known as "Pammie" or "Poochie," passed away on June 18, 2024, at the age of 63. She was born on June 1, 1961, in Mason, Ohio, and most recently resided in Middletown, Ohio. 

First born of five to Janet Sue Eickenhorst nee Portwood and Frank Charles Eickenhorst. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister, Donna Rose nee Eickenhorst. She left behind sisters' Barbara Lee Edwards (Lyonel) and Zia Lasani as well as brother Franklin Eickenhorst. Nieces Angela Taylor, Stacy Foster (Brandon) and Nephews Sean Robertson, Seth Rose and Erin Edwards as well as a host of great nieces and nephews and her aunt Joan Barnes and Jean Portwood 

Pamela was a dedicated member of the City of Mason fire department, where she served her community with bravery and compassion. She lived her life for the city and the fire department, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Known for her selflessness and desire to help those in need, Pamela's favorite pastime was lending a helping hand. 

She found joy in giving to others and was loved by all who knew her. Her favorite quote, "Stay positive," was a motto she lived by, and it inspired those around her to find a silver lining in every situation. In her free time, Pamela enjoyed spending time with her great nephew Colby and her great nieces Skyler and Jaylin. She cherished their company and loved being an important figure in their lives. Pamela's love for her hometown and her devotion to the fire department will always be remembered. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and the community she so deeply impacted.
