SLADEK, Patty Jo (nee Campbell) age 59 of Morrow, Ohio went to meet her heavenly father June 8, 2013.
Patty was born July 4, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Phillip and Mary Campbell.
Patty was preceded in death by her brothers Bill and Don and Marvin McKenzie and beloved son Thomas Roddenberry.
Patty is survived by her loving husband Steve Sladek; three sons
Bobby, Billy and Steven Roddenberry; grandchildren Shane, Zachary, Jolene, Joshua, Dallas. Zoe, Ashlyn and Shyann; sister, Barbara (Bob) Phillips and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will greatly miss her.
