Phyllis Pelfrey

Phyllis J. Pelfrey, born October 26, 1942, passed away October 16, 2016.  Survived by loving husband Ron Pelfrey, beloved children Ron (Bridget) Pelfrey and Lisa (Jim) Sowder, and her 4 cherished grandchildren Patricia Pelfrey, Ronnie Pelfrey, Kyle Sowder and Patrick Pelfrey.  Phyllis was "The Ice Cream Lady".  She was a devoted fan of the Kings Island Ice Skating Live Shows, where, because of her kind heart, everyone knew her as Mom.  Phyllis also liked to knit and crochet.  The family of Phyllis will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040) on Saturday, October, 22, 2016, from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM with a service beginning at 11:00 AM.
