Scott Carmichael

Scott Allen Carmichael, Born September 29, 1966, passed away October 29, 2015. Scott was the loving son of the late Marian Carmichael-Hustead and the late Harold Carmichael, loving partner of Robert Vandenburg, the dear brother of Beverly (William) Jackson and Zach Carmichael, and cherished uncle of Maggie Blume, Kate Kretovics, Andrea Nelson and the late William Riester. Scott enjoyed reading science fiction novels, line dancing and volleyball. Scott had a great sense of humor, and dedication to his work. Family of Scott will be receiving guests for a visitation Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-West Chester from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, with a memorial service to follow beginning at 11:00 AM. Donations may be made to The American Cancer Society in memory of Scott.
