Wallace Combs

Army Veteran, Wallace Brown Combs, beloved husband of Lois Combs (nee Carpenter), devoted father of Marsha Johnson and Diane (Scott) Fornshell, loving grandfather of Julie & Donny Jefferson and Ryan & Anna Johnson, cherished great-grandfather of Wyatt Jefferson, Wesley Jefferson, Jillian Jefferson, and Kit Wallace Johnson.  Passed away February 28, 2018 at the age of 90 years old.  Wallace enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.  He worked at General Motors and was also a farmer and housebuilder.  Visitation will take place at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Monday March 5, 2018 from 12 Noon - 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:00 PM.  Entombment will take place at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens.  If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
